All HMC employees are encouraged to develop their knowledge and skills. We partner with top tier training providers (e.g. Blanchard International, Australian Institute of Management) to design customised training courses targeted to help you achieve your goals.
Together with your manager and the People & Culture team, you will get the chance to create an individualised career development plan to map out your future career aspirations. Spend 5 days per year shadowing/learning another role as part of our “Day in The Life” Program.
We support membership of recognised Professional Associations to promote continued learning and networking opportunities.
We provide financial support and/or study leave to permanent employees who wish to pursue further work-related tertiary studies and qualifications.
