Employee Wellbeing

Our employees are integral to everything we do. At Harrison Manufacturing we recognise the importance of our employee’s wellbeing. Therefore, we actively look to create opportunities to support employees and their families, including:

  • Health and well-being – we are committed to providing support through our Employee Assistance Program. All employees and their families have access to Optum and Optum Livewell for general health and wellbeing information or via phone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This program ensures employees have access to confidential support when they need it. Harrison Manufacturing can also organise professional support onsite for critical incidents in the event that staff need support.
  • We regularly engage health professionals to run tailored programs and offer health support such as annual flu vaccinations. We also use e-news and online training to promote employee well-being.
