Robyn has been with Harrison Manufacturing for nearly 11 years.

As People and Capability Manager, she is responsible for leading the people and capability agenda to deliver people focused strategies aligned with organisational objectives.

Her role requires engagement with all areas of the business to ensure we provide employees with opportunities for personal and professional growth and an environment reflective of the Company’s Values.

Robyn has worked in large multi-national organisations in customer service, product management and logistics before making the move to Human Resources. Her career has encompassed regional responsibilities in South East Asia and NZ. She is currently studying towards a Masters in Human Resource Management.

She says the best part about working with Harrison Manufacturing is being part of a team that accepts a challenge and supports each other to deliver results for customers.
