In addition to producing our own formulations under Harrison Manufacturing’s own IP, we also manufacture for other parties in accordance with their own formulations and own IP. We recognise that these formulations and associated branding are the foundations for our customers business success, and we therefore treat this IP with the utmost confidentiality. This requires complete trust between partners, which Harrison Manufacturing has been delivering for over 65 years.
As partners, we can also provide services to support you with research and development, technical advice and in-use product application trials. We are also able to provide advice and collaborate with other third parties on packaging, labels, marketing collateral, training and development (eg. product knowledge and sales), tailored to specific needs.
We have a range of suppliers for raw materials including base oils, additives, packaging and labels. These suppliers are trusted business partners and we adopt a professional approach to our engagement with regular key performance metric measurement. Harrison Manufacturing is a long-term member of the National Lubricating Grease Institute (NLGI) in the US and European Lubricating Grease Institute (ELGI).
As innovators, we adopt a Design Thinking philosophy. This involves identification of customer needs and insights as to what our customers value. This is further complimented with the application of the “Five Disciplines of Innovation”.
We also run an internship program and provide an entry point for our industry’s new graduates to pursue their careers.
